While at Digitas, my role involved overseeing the entire interactive phase for Chevy. I collaborated closely with the Creative Agency of record, Campbell-Ewald, to ensure that the interactive projects aligned with the creative objectives and specifications set by General Motors.
I was responsible for managing an offshore development team to create these dynamic banner ads that appeared on AOL, MSN, MySpace, Weather.com, and Yahoo.
The Project Tracker includes all of the work that was planned and/or worked on in 2008 for Chevy. Grey rows are canceled projects, teal rows are completed projects, white rows are projects in process or are upcoming. This tracker included launch dates, risks/resolution plans, project managers, work volumes, and status of upcoming and in process work.
I took the initiative to create a process document for the online advertising PM role. I gave this presentation to senior management team to explain the Chevy online advertising delivery manager’s roles, responsibilities, and escalation process. It also provided project workflows, definitions for online advertising, example projects, and risks/resolution charts.
