At LEVEL Studios, I was promoted to the Senior Account Manager position after closing the biggest company deal with Aon Hewitt as their Project Manager. I worked on Apple, BlackBerry, Micron, Intuitive Surgical, and multiple other Fortune 500 accounts.
This site was built on the Liferay platform and hosted by Rackspace. I was responsible for the Project Management on the Moby Tablet prototype designs and the website build and design. This site and Moby Tablet demo was announced on CNBC for the Education Nation premier that President Obama was involved with November 2010. This project used MS Project to allocate resources and schedule and was used to flag upcoming deliverables in a weekly allocation meeting.
This site houses multiple permission based documents in both Web Suite and SWITCH (LEVEL Studios’ CMS that was built and maintained in house). I was both the account manager and project manager for this site and partnership. This PowerPoint was used to pitch LEVEL Studios capabilities and I was responsible for presenting it to key stakeholders while on site in Boise, ID at Micron’s Headquarters.
The hours report was shared with clients and management on a weekly basis to ensure all projects were within budget scope. The status document was updated daily for the internal team to understand priorities and risks.
