While at eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions my team executed multiple site launches and store events. I was so successful that I was promoted from Senior Account Manager to West Coast Delivery Operations lead where I headlined the full West Coast Ops team across multiple studios. 

eBay Inc Website Redesign launched October 23, 2013

eBay hired my team to execute the corporate website redesign and development. We integrated RSS feeds to populate media posts and showcase stock information for investors. I managed the contract, client relationship, design team, development team, all user testing, and the full execution of the project from start to finish.

Magento PayPal Integration Campaign launched January 2013

I was the account manager and project manager for this project and managed the strategy, copywriting, user experience, and design of this landing page, banner, and email campaign that was used to entice Magento customers to upgrade to a better Magento platform. I was able to work with the team to deliver the project a week early and we had a margin of 54%.

Tempur-Pedic Retail Store launched July 17, 2012

I was responsible for working directly with Tempur-Pedic on all of their print and video needs for the launch of their first retail store in Natick, MA. I created the SOWs, managed budgets and contractors, and direct client communication. Deliverable list includes, but not limited to: Brochures, Rugs, Video, Point of Sale Signage, Promotional Banners, & Foot Covers.
